What We’re Offering
Visual Inspection
We employ a Keyence 3D microscope and digital calipers to examine surface texture, identify refurbished or counterfeit products, detect pin defects, and measure outer dimensions of samples. In addition, we conduct acetone testing to verify the authenticity of original manufactured chips, effectively identifying surface grinding, remarking, or coating overcoating that are common indicators of counterfeit components.
De-cap Inspection
We utilize third-party laboratory chemical decapsulation to remove the plastic encapsulation, then employ a Keyence microscope to examine die markings and bonding structures. This process enables us to detect counterfeit or refurbished components, screen for internal packaging defects, and precisely identify the root causes of failures.
SEM/EDS Analysis
High-resolution surface imaging and elemental analysis for detailed material verification. Destructive testing identifies plating defects, contamination, and composition anomalies. Custom functional testing available upon request (premium service).
X-Ray Inspection
Non-destructive internal scanning for embedded flaws, authenticity verification and packaging-quality inspection without decapsulation.
XRF/ROHS Inspection
XRF non-destructive analysis screens RoHS-restricted substances and detects plating/material anomalies, ensuring full environmental compliance.
Value-Added Services
We offer free quality inspection reports covering visual inspection and X-Ray, with no extra charges.
